Lost / Empty?

Are you lost and empty inside? Do you feel abandoned or betrayed?

There is good news if this is you. The Father, our Creator, originally created man so He might have a loving, meaningful relationship with them. However, when sin entered the world, the relationship with God was destroyed--so much so that death entered into God’s perfect world. Sin nuked the bridge given to man to be able to enter into this awesome relationship with God. But do not be dismayed, for there really is good news! God became a man and willingly died in our place so the way for that relationship to be restored is now possible. Jesus became
the bridge for sinful, empty, lost man to be able to enter into a relationship with their Creator again.

Our Father so desperately wants a relationship with His creation that He has created us with avoid--an emptiness in our lives--which can only be filled by having a relationship with Him. In Romans 8:20, we find it written: “For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope."

Now futility is not exactly a common word we use today, but its meaning is that of emptiness or vanity. Our God placed this in each one of His children whom Jesus died for so they might come to realize that only a relationship with Jesus can fill that emptiness and offer whosoever will come to Jesus real hope and change in one’s life. You see, Jesus didn’t just die for your sins. He rose from the dead and desires to give you abundant life right now as well.

We know God loves us by the sending of His only Son to die in our place. This was the greatest act God could do to prove to you how much He loves you. The long term relationship you are seeking in order to fill and satisfy the void in your life will never be found in anything this world you live in has to offer. It will only be found if you change your thinking of who Jesus is. You must realize your great need for Him and invite Him in to be the Lord of your life and the Lord over your life.

No longer do you have to go it alone. No longer do you have to try and figure life out. Our Jesus is calling you right now and wants to continue to speak to you after you turn to Him. The emptiness in you is designed by God to cause you to turn to Him…as the Bible passage says, God the Creator placed that in you in the hope that you might respond to His voice.

God placed that emptiness in all of mankind so that all would turn to Him. In doing so, He offers all in this world a choice A choice to turn to Him and enter into this loving relationship
with God for all of eternity, or a choice to say no. But if you have made it this far, you are not still reading this to say no. Listen to His voice.

Jesus says in John 10:27, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me."

No one turns to Jesus and then has to try and figure out life on their own. Rather, it is just the opposite. Jesus, being the Good Shepherd, will guide you, guard you, take you through the storms of life, bless you with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, and provide all that you need so that you will never feel lost or empty again. That is the good news.

Will you turn to Him right now?

If you will turn to Jesus and allow Him to be the Lord of your life instead of yourself, the Bible says that He will come to you and take up residence in your life.

"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name." (John 1:12)

This is God’s offer to you: to be one of His children. Don’t delay. Call out to Him today.

And when you do, please let us know.

Jesus said in Luke 12:8-9, "Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God. But he who denies Me before men will be denied before the angels of God."

Your telling someone what you have done will get your name proclaimed by Jesus to the angels of God.
